Regulation 136
Court order setting aside purchase by liquidator or member of committee of inspection
The Court may, on application of the Official Receiver or any creditor or contributory, set aside any purchase made contrary to regulation 37 of the Court-Ordered Winding Up Regulations or regulation 47 of the Voluntary Winding Up Regulations, and may make any order as to costs as the Court thinks fit.
