Liquidator’s charges
Subregulation 1
Where a liquidator or special manager in a winding up receives remuneration for the services of the liquidator or special manager as such, no payment is to be allowed on the account of the liquidator or special manager in respect of the performance by any other person of the ordinary duties which are required by the Act, these Rules or the regulations to be performed by the liquidator or special manager, as the case may be.
Subregulation 2
Where a liquidator is a solicitor, the liquidator may contract that the remuneration for his or her services as liquidator includes all professional services.
