Regulation 164
Attendance of applicant and other persons
Each of the following persons may attend an examination under section 244(4) of the Act in person or by solicitor, and may also take notes of the examination for the person’s use and put such questions to the person examined as the Court may allow:
(a)
the applicant for the order under section 244(1) of the Act;
(b)
the judicial manager or liquidator of the company in question;
(c)
the Official Receiver.
