Application to dispense with service of copy of notice of disclaimer
Where a judicial manager or liquidator disclaiming onerous property under section 230 of the Act is required by regulation 52(1) of the Judicial Management Regulations, regulation 21(1) of the Court‑Ordered Winding Up Regulations or regulation 36(1) of the Voluntary Winding Up Regulations to serve a copy of the notice of disclaimer on any person, the judicial manager or liquidator (as the case may be) may apply to the Court for an order dispensing with such service.
