Form of security
Subregulation 1
Where security has to be given to the Court (otherwise than in relation to costs), it may be given by a banker’s guarantee or the payment of moneys into court or in any other manner as the Court may direct.
Subregulation 2
The rules for the time being in force in the General Division of the High Court relating to the provision of, and manner of giving, security for costs apply in relation to any proceedings under Parts 3 to 12 or Part 22 of the Act or these Rules.
Subregulation 3
The rules for the time being in force in the General Division of the High Court relating to payment into and out of court of moneys lodged in court by way of security for costs apply to moneys lodged in court under these Rules.
