Regulation 31
Enforcement of judgments or orders
Every judgment or order of the Court made in the exercise of the powers conferred by Parts 3 to 12 or Part 22 of the Act or these Rules may be enforced by the Court as if it were a judgment or an order of the Court made in the exercise of its ordinary jurisdiction.
