Procedure on appeal

The provision and procedure for the time being in force in respect of appeals from the General Division of the High Court in its ordinary civil jurisdiction apply to appeals arising from any matter or application in Court under Parts 3 to 12 or Part 22 of the Act, these Rules or the regulations, with the following modifications:
(a)
the Official Receiver is not required to give security for costs;
(b)
no appeal operates as a stay of proceedings under the judgment or order appealed from unless the Court otherwise orders.
