Affidavit supporting winding up application
Subregulation 1
The affidavit supporting an application to wind up a company must state —
the date of incorporation of the company;
the registered office of the company or, if there is no such registered office, the address of the principal or last known principal place of business of the company; and
the ground or grounds on which the application for winding up is made.
Subregulation 2
The affidavit supporting the winding up application must be —
deposed to by the person making the application or by one of the applicants (if more than one) or, in the case where the application is made by a corporation — by a director, secretary or other principal officer of the corporation; and
filed and served together with the application.
