Affidavits opposing winding up application and affidavits in reply
Subregulation 1
Every affidavit in opposition to a winding up application must be filed and a copy of the affidavit must be served on the applicant at least 5 days before the day appointed for the hearing of the application.
Subregulation 2
Any affidavit in reply to an affidavit filed in opposition must be filed and a copy of the affidavit in reply must be served on the party opposing the application within 3 days after the date of the service of the affidavit in opposition on the applicant.
