Subregulation 1
A report or further report made by the liquidator under section 143(1) or (2) of the Act must state in narrative form the facts and matters which the liquidator is required or desires to bring to the notice of the Court or the Official Receiver, as the case may be.

A further report made under section 143(2) of the Act is not open to the inspection of any person except the Official Receiver or the Registrar of Companies or with the permission of the Court.
