Notice of meetings under section 134(b) of Act
Subregulation 1
The Official Receiver must give to each director and any other officer of the company who, in the Official Receiver’s opinion, ought to attend the meetings of the creditors or contributories under section 134(b) of the Act, at least 7 days’ notice of the time and place appointed for each meeting.
Subregulation 2
The notice may be delivered —
personally;
by prepaid registered post; or (c)by electronic means in accordance with section 442 of the Act.
Subregulation 3
Every director or officer of the company who receives the notice must attend the meetings of the creditors or contributories under section 134(b) of the Act, and if any director or officer fails to attend, the Official Receiver must report the failure to the Court.
