Regulation 91
Place of meeting of creditors or contributories
Subregulation 1
Every meeting of the creditors or contributories must be held at a place that is, in the opinion of the person summoning the meeting, most convenient for the majority of the creditors or contributories.
Subregulation 2
To avoid doubt, a meeting of the creditors and a meeting of the contributories may be held at different times or places.
