Appeal to Court against admission or rejection of proof of debt by Official Assignee
Every appeal to the Court against the Official Assignee’s decision under section 294(3) of the Act must be made in accordance with the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Personal Insolvency) Rules 2020 (G.N. No. S 585/2020).
