Minutes of meeting
Subregulation 1
The chairperson must cause minutes of the proceedings at the meeting to be drawn up and fairly entered in a book kept for that purpose and the minutes must be signed by that chairperson or the chairperson of the next ensuing meeting.
Subregulation 2
A list of creditors assembled at every meeting must be made and kept in accordance with Form JM‑5.
