Notice of appointment of interim judicial manager
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 94(5)(a) of the Act, the written notice of the appointment of an interim judicial manager must be in accordance with Form JM‑2.
Subregulation 2
The written notice must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the provisions of the Filing of Documents Regulations.
