Saving and transitional provision for amendment of Conveyancing and Law of Property Act
Despite section 464 of the Act, section 73B of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act (Cap. 61) as in force immediately before 30 July 2020 continues to apply to or in relation to any conveyance of property made before that date.
