Saving and transitional provision for amendment of Prevention of Corruption Act
Despite section 502 of the Act, section 4E(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241) as in force immediately before 30 July 2020 continues to apply to or in relation to any member of the Occupational Superannuation Scheme (established under section 4A of the Prevention of Corruption Act) who is adjudged bankrupt pursuant to a bankruptcy application made before that date.
