Clause 9

Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) The financial provisions set out in the Schedule are to have effect with respect to the Institute.”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “accounts of Institute” in the section heading and substituting the words “financial provisions”.
