Clause 7
(1)
The Executive Secretary of the Institute shall be the Secretary of the Board, and shall attend all meetings thereof unless excused for good cause by the Chairman.
(2)
In the absence of the Secretary, the Chairman may appoint a suitable person to act as clerk for a particular meeting.
