Amendment of section 39

Section 39(5) of the Patents Act is amended by deleting the words “the prescribed period, or to pay that fee and any prescribed additional fee within the 6 months immediately following the end of that period,” and substituting the words “the period prescribed under section 36(2), or to pay that fee and any prescribed additional fee within the period prescribed under section 36(3),”.
