Clause 42
Section 10(1) of the Trade Marks Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b); and
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)that person or that person’s successor in title provides to the Registrar in the manner specified by the Registrar any prescribed information within a prescribed time, and provides to the Registrar any supporting document requested by the Registrar, within the time specified by the Registrar,”.
