Clause 33
Section 75 of the Trade Marks Act (Cap. 332) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) An appeal does not lie to the Court of Appeal from a decision of the Court on appeal from a decision of the Registrar for any matter under this Act or the rules made under this Act unless leave to appeal is given by the Court or the Court of Appeal.”.
