Visitors to view place of detention

Subregulation 1
The Minister may permit a person who has good reasons, to view a place of detention at reasonable hours accompanied by an officer.
Subregulation 2
A visitor to a place of detention must give his name and address and sign his name in the visitors book and is liable to be searched by order of the Superintendent of the place of detention.
Subregulation 3

The Superintendent of a place of detention may remove from the place of detention any visitor to the place of detention whose conduct is improper.
