Regulation 8
Waiver of immunity or privilege
Subregulation 1
Any immunity or privilege conferred on a person under paragraph 5, 6 or 7 does not apply to that person if, in any particular case, it is waived by the competent authority.
Subregulation 2
In sub‑paragraph (1), “competent authority” means —
(a)
in the case of the Secretary‑General of the OECD or Executive Director of the IEA — the OECD; or
(b)
in any other case — the Secretary‑General of the OECD.
