Clause 4
Section 16(2) of the Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) Act (Cap. 175) is amended by deleting the words “by personal examination of the body that life is extinct” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “that the death of the deceased person has been determined and certified in accordance with section 2A of the Interpretation Act (Cap. 1)”.
