Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment) Act, 1981, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 1981.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment) Act, 1981, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 1981.
Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Judges’ Remuneration Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following: —“(1) There shall be paid to —
the Chief Justice an annual pensionable salary of one hundred and fifty-six thousand dollars; and
every other Judge of the Supreme Court an annual pensionable salary of one hundred and twelve thousand four hundred and forty dollars.”.
