Regulation 21

Except with the prior written permission of the President, a person who attends a meeting of a personnel board or the Commission (whether under regulation 16(2) or 20(2)(b) or otherwise) must not publish or disclose to any other person any matter arising at the meeting.

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
