Regulation 5

A personnel board is to meet at the times and places decided by the Chairperson.

The Chairperson may permit some or all members to take part in a meeting by remote communications technology.

A member who takes part in a meeting by remote communications technology is taken to be present at that meeting.

In this regulation, “remote communications technology” means any technology that enables simultaneous audio or audiovisual communications.
