Amendment of section 5

Section 5 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “fifteen” appearing in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the word “seven”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “eight” appearing in subsection (2) thereof and substituting therefor the word “five”.
