Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the principal Act is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after the word “every” appearing in the first line thereof the word “financial”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “August” appearing in the fourth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “November”.
