Amendment of section 59
Section 59 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraphs: —“(b)if it is sent to the person by registered post at his flat, house or building (whether or not it has been received by him); or
(c)
if it is affixed to some conspicuous part of his flat, house or building.”.
