Amendment of section 27
In the principal Act, in section 27 —
(a)
in subsection (2)(a), replace “$20,000” with “$50,000”; and
(b)
after subsection (2), insert —“(2A) All penalties collected by the Board under subsection (2)(a) must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
