Regulation 5

Minutes of every meeting of the Board shall be taken and kept by the Registrar, and shall be duly entered in a book provided for the purpose.

A draft of the minutes of a meeting of the Board shall be circulated to the members of the Board together with the notice of meeting at which the minutes are to be submitted for confirmation.

Minutes of every meeting of the Board shall, if signed by the person presiding at the meeting at which they were confirmed, be evidence of the facts stated therein.

The meeting to which such minutes relate shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to have been properly convened and constituted.
