Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 30th April 2003.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 30th April 2003.
Exemption
The following corporations are exempted from section 22 (1)(c), (d) and (e)(iii) of the Act:
HDBCorp Consultants Pte Ltd; (b)United Surveyors Pte Ltd; and
J K Foo Consortium Pte Ltd.
