Exemption

The following corporations are exempted from section 22 (1)(c), (d) and (e)(iii) of the Act:

(a)

HDBCorp Consultants Pte Ltd; (b)United Surveyors Pte Ltd; and

(c)

J K Foo Consortium Pte Ltd.
