Appeal
An appeal under section 17(8) or 18(4) of the Act against any decision of the Board to refuse to grant a licence or to impose any condition on a licence, as the case may be, shall —
be made not more than 30 days after the decision of the Board has been notified to the appellant;
be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Law;
set out the grounds of appeal; and
be accompanied by a copy of the following documents:
the decision of the Board and the reasons therefor;
the application for the licence and all documents accompanying that application; and
any other correspondence between the Board and the appellant in relation to the refusal to grant the licence or the conditions of the licence, as the case may be.
