Subregulation 1

An application for registration as a registered surveyor under section 12 of the Act shall be in Form 1 in the First Schedule.

Subregulation 2

An application for registration under section 12(1)(a)(i) of the Act shall be accompanied by —

(a)

evidence in writing as to age and good character of the applicant;

(b)

a copy of the certificate of competency issued to the applicant under these Rules or the revoked Land Surveyors Rules (R 1, 1990 Ed.); and

(c)

evidence in writing that the applicant has passed the professional interview conducted by the Board under section 12(1)(b) of the Act.

An application for registration under section 12(1)(a)(ii) of the Act shall be accompanied by —

(a)

evidence in writing that the applicant has passed any professional examination set out in the Second Schedule;

(b)

evidence in writing as to age and good character of the applicant;

(c)

evidence in writing of practical experience in surveying in Singapore; and

(d)

evidence in writing that the applicant has passed the professional interview conducted by the Board under section 12(1)(b) of the Act.

An application for registration under section 12(1)(a)(iii) of the Act shall be accompanied by —

(a)

evidence in writing as to age and good character of the applicant;

(b)

evidence in writing of practical experience in surveying in Singapore; and

(c)

evidence in writing that the applicant has passed the professional interview conducted by the Board under section 12(1)(b) of the Act.
