Regulation 24

The Board may, for sufficient cause, permit any candidate to withdraw his application for an examination and may refund the whole or part of any fees paid by him.

For the purpose of paragraph (1), the candidate shall notify the Board in writing of his intention to withdraw his application at least 2 weeks before the date of the examination.
