Clause 13

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) When a caution lapses under subsection (2), the lapsed caution shall constitute a defunct entry and the Registrar shall, of his own motion, cause an entry to be made in respect of the lapsing of the caution.”.
