Clause 53
Section 120 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “an office copy” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “a duly certified copy”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “an instrument” in the section heading and substituting the words “a dealing”.
