Clause 15
(1)
Section 8(2) to (4) shall apply to any land brought under the provisions of this Act pursuant to the issue of fresh title by the State after the surrender of an existing title.
(2)
Section 8(5) shall apply to any land brought under the provisions of this Act pursuant to the surrender of an existing title and the issue of a certificate by the Collector before the commencement of this Act.
