Amendment of section 127

Section 127 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “certificates” wherever it appears in subsection (6) and substituting in each case the word “certificate”;

(b)

by deleting the word “their” wherever it appears in subsection (6) and substituting in each case the word “its”;

(c)

by deleting the words “strata title plan” in the 1st line of subsection (7) and substituting the words “strata title application”; and

(d)

by deleting the word “subsidiary” in subsection (7)(d) and substituting the word “registered”.
