Easement of shelter

Clause 11
(1)
Every subsidiary proprietor shall be entitled to have his lot sheltered by all other parts of the subdivided building as are capable of affording shelter.
(2)
The right created by this section shall be an easement to which such parts aforesaid of the subdivided building shall be subject.
(3)
The easement of shelter created by this section shall entitle the proprietor of the dominant tenement to enter on the servient tenement to replace, renew or restore any shelter.
