Clause 30

If default is made in complying with any of the provisions of section 19, 23 or 24 of this Act the management corporation and every member of its council who is knowingly a party to the default shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
