Clause 1
This Act is the Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Act 2018 and, except for sections 47 and 67, comes into operation on a date that the Minister appoints by notification in the Gazette.

Section 47 is deemed to have come into operation on 8 July 2018.

Section 67 is deemed to have come into operation on 1 May 2018.
