Amendment of section 2
of Land Transport (Enforcement Measures) Bill

Clause 38
Section 2 of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 158A, 1996 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the definition of “Authority”, the following definition:“ “accoutrement” includes —
(a)
a uniform; and
(b)
surveillance equipment capable of being worn on the body for the purpose of recording a view of, or recording a conversation between, the wearer and another individual;”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “member”, the following definition:“ “outsourced enforcement officer” means an individual who is appointed under section 11 as an outsourced enforcement officer;”.
