Amendment of section 81
Section 81 of the Road Traffic Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or an employee of the Authority” in subsections (1), (2), (4) and (6) and substituting in each case the words “, an employee of the Authority or an outsourced enforcement officer”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “or the Authority’s employee” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “, Authority’s employee or outsourced enforcement officer (as the case may be)”.
