Clause 20

Part I of the First Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph 7 and substituting the following paragraphs:“6. Proceedings before the Syariah Court and the Syariah Court Appeal Board under the Administration of Muslim Law Act (Cap. 3).

7. Proceedings before the Commissioner for Labour under the Work Injury Compensation Act (Cap. 354).”.
