Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the Schedule reference and substituting the following Schedule reference:“Section 5(1), (1A) and (1B)”; and

(b)

by deleting the Part heading of Part II and substituting the following Part heading: “PROCEEDINGS FOR WHICH LEGAL AID IS GENERALLY NOT GIVEN”.
