Amendment of section 51
Section 51 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “by secret ballot” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by rules made under section 59”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “take place by secret ballot” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by rules made under section 59”.
